About the Role: This is a busy and varied role supporting the CEO and a small team of Managing Directors with comprehensive administrative support, including (but not limited to): Diary and schedule management Travel arrangement support, international and regional Complete office management including liaising with contractors, day to day upkeep and meeting and greeting incoming guests Organising of all internal and external events Ad-hoc administrative support. This role would be perfectly suited to someone who is looking to take their business support experience to the next level! Candidate Specification: Previous experience of supporting senior individuals within a corporate environment Previous experience of busy diary / calendar management and arranging travel Strong organisational skills and excellent prioritisation Flexible, muck-in attitude. Additional Information: Salary up to £50K depending on experience Additional benefits include 25 days holiday (rising to 28 after 3 years), pension and healthcare benefits Hours are 9am - 5pm and the business offer hybrid working of Fridays from home - some occasional flexibility may be required to be office based on Fridays from time to time, however Square mile location.
