Personal Assistant

to aptly support our Chief Executive and Assistant Director of Patient Experience and Clinical Effectiveness. You should have a solid background in providing high-level administrative support and have a genuine passion to contribute positively to our work environment and be dedicated to our cause. About the role

The Personal Assistant will be expected to provide high-level administrative support, playing a crucial role in the coordination of our work and service delivery, as well as supporting our Board of Trustees. Salary : £22,950.16 to £28,233.63 (depending on experience) Contract : Permanent Hours:

Full-time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Some evening work will be required to attend Board meetings. Location : Basildon Hospice Main duties include:

Organising and managing the schedules Corresponding with staff and external stakeholders Facilitating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring swift follow-up actions Preparing reports and presentations as required Maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information Liaising with and supporting our Trustees About you:

Substantial experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent communication and organisational skills Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficient in MS Office Suite Dedicated to the mission and values of St. Luke's Hospice About applying
