London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in the office). Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an experienced PA to the CMO and CAO to join our MAC (Marketing, Admissions, Communications) team, which is part of the Group Central Support. We are looking for someone to provide extensive and high-quality administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Admissions Officer (CAO), and the Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) team. You will be responsible for organizing travel (including international travel), meetings, and events, managing the MAC budget, and producing reports for the team. The Role: Handle all activities for the CMO/CAO office with discretion and confidentiality. Co-ordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and events. Arrange all travel, including visas and itineraries (including regular international travel). Communicate and provide information through relevant methods, both internally and externally. Collaborate with other PAs in the office to ensure smooth processes across the C-suite at all times. Provide the CMO/CAO with clear, pertinent business information to assist in the ongoing management and decision-making of the business. Manage the CMO/CAO calendar by liaising with internal and external executives and assistants. Set up and run processes to ensure that the central support MAC team operates efficiently and compile internal reporting. The Successful Candidate will possess: Extensive PA experience at the C-suite level. Confidence with stakeholder management, both internally and externally. Resilience in the face of differing priorities and lots of change. Excellent Excel and Outlook skills. Good command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Must be a team player – willing to help and be flexible. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, solving problems as necessary.
