Bede's Trust requires a highly professional and proactive individual to join the Bursary and HR Department as PA to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief People Officer (CPO) at our Senior School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing confidential and high-level administrative support to both the COO and CPO, ensuring the efficient operation of their offices. Acting as a first point of contact for both the COO and CPO, handling queries professionally and directing them as necessary. They will be required to organise meetings, including setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution. As well as attend and minute meetings as required, ensuring all actions are accurately captured and followed up.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has exceptional organisation, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. A secretarial qualification is desirable but not essential along with proven experience providing PA support at a Senior level, ideally for executive leadership.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The working hours will be from 08.30am - 5.00pm.

Salary: a maximum of £30,000 per annum Dependent on experience.
