Position: Package Lead Engineer
As a Package Lead Engineer, you will take responsibility for the delivery of the design and development of a package of components on a vehicle, ensuring that parts are delivered against project timelines, both directly, and through the mentoring of a team of Design Engineers. The role will be highly technical, focused on detail and delivery, plus planning for package delivery via other members of the team. You will demonstrate good technical judgement and decision making, collaborating well with your team and getting the best out of less experienced staff. Qualifications
