• Coordinating design, construction, and commercial inputs to maintain progress and clarity across teams.
• Managing subcontractors, supporting strong performance, clear communication, and collaborative working.
• Promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across all activities.
• Monitoring progress, identify risks, and implement practical solutions to keep work on track.
• Work closely with site teams, designers, and stakeholders to resolve interface challenges.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical expertise.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery within infrastructure or major projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and their practical application in project delivery.
