JOB PURPOSE

Join Burberry as our Packaging & Labelling Coordinator. You will support production planning, inventory management, and data reporting, helping us meet sustainability goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with product packaging planning, including critical path management, forecasting, and inventory control. Coordinate with internal and external partners for packaging and labelling needs. Provide end-to-end support for labelling, including data management and production requirements. Maintain and manage complex databases to support sustainability goals. Collect and verify data with Development, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global obligations. Support new product launches by coordinating packaging and labelling needs. Manage discontinued inventory, collaborating to ensure timely depletion. Seek continuous improvement opportunities in the supply chain and assist with related administrative tasks.

PERSONAL PROFILE Strong supply chain and luxury retail experience. Product labelling knowledge a plus. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Highly analytical, organised, and detail-oriented. Collaborative with strong communication skills; experience in presenting and training. Skilled in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Experience with SAP/Business Objects beneficial. Italian language skills advantageous.
