Coyle Personnel are currently seeking multiple Paediatric nurses for ongoing shifts throughout the Surrey Region.

Full-time, Mon - Sun - Long days & Nights (07:00 - 20:00, 20:00 - 07:00) Pay Rate:
£27-£37 per hour Start Date:
ASAP
Applicants must be qualified Registered Children's Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop tailored care plans. Administer medications and treatments prescribed. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans. Provide health education, emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
Current RSCN qualification with active registration. Previous experience working within Paediatric ward / Paeds A&E / NICU / PICU. Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently.
