What you will do: Assess and provide treatment for paediatric patients with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support children's development. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s needs. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of patients' progress and update treatment plans as necessary. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss and plan comprehensive care plans for patients. Educate and train parents and caregivers to support therapy goals at home.
