Salary: GBP19.52 - GBP42.5 per hour + Next Day Payroll The Community Paediatrics team based in Stafford and Burton are looking for a Band 6 community nurse to support their team on a 3 month placement. Band 6 RGN required Full time, 5 days a week 9am – 5pm The Bridge, Stafford and Cross Street, Burton To start ASAP for 12 weeks Job Purpose To support the Community Paediatrics Team in the provision of a high quality service to children, young people and their families, who require health assessments, investigation and treatment for children and young people with long term health and neurodisability conditions. To provide nurse led clinics for children with identified long term conditions. Provide advice and support to junior staff and learners in all aspects of the delivery of high quality care. Provide support, advice and education to children and young people and their families in the management of their care. Work closely in partnership with other multi-disciplinary team members to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
