Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to take full ownership of our PPC campaigns. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing a robust growth strategy and delivering exceptional ROI across Google and Meta advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive performance and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS). Oversee and fine-tune shopping feeds within Google Merchant Centre, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Develop and implement best-practice strategies to enhance campaign success.

Meta Advertising Plan, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to achieve targeted outcomes. Tailor campaigns to specific audience segments, driving engagement and conversions. Continuously monitor and refine strategies to ensure optimal performance and ROI.

General Responsibilities Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI and account health, for the Marketing Manager and Directors. Manage large budgets, utilising them across platforms for maximum ROI and brand outreach. Analyse campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience managing significant budgets across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Proficiency in Google Merchant Centre, with a strong ability to optimise shopping feeds. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful insights and reports. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to stakeholders. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective paid media strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills Google Ads and Meta advertising certifications. Familiarity with additional digital advertising platforms and tools. Experience using advanced analytics tools to enhance campaign performance.
