Job Description Forbes Marketplace is looking for a Paid Marketing Copywriter working across all verticals and domains. The position will report to the Paid Marketing Content Manager, and the successful candidate will also work closely with the in-house paid marketing and publishing teams. The primary responsibility of the role is to create content that seamlessly aligns with the chosen platform. The content must maintain a sales-driven tone while promoting a range of offers and opportunities to users. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining template-based paid marketing content pages in either WordPress or Build.io CMS for various content verticals and web brands and managing page request workflows between the paid marketing and where required the publishing teams. This role is fundamental to business success, ensuring we are able to publish engaging and high converting content quickly, accurately and to the highest standards. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to help Forbes Marketplace leverage and scale our paid marketing content across multiple verticals and web brands. Responsibilities: Craft advertorial content tailored to resonate with diverse audiences. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging while remaining authentic to the publishing platform's environment, audience and style. Working with the Paid Content Manager and Paid Marketing team to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. Work closely with design teams to enhance visual storytelling and ensure cohesive messaging across advertising campaigns. Be flexible in your work schedule to accommodate meetings and communications with a global team. Workgroup time zones extend from IST (India) to Pacific Standard (PST) USA. Become an advanced WordPress/Build.io user within the paid page templates on various websites. You will be expected to be able to make changes to all paid template components self-sufficiently. Manage copy and hands-on page production at a pace to meet established deadlines and to a high standard of accuracy. Attention to detail is vital and expected. Requirements: Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on paid advertising platforms (SEM, Native, Paid Social). Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, language, and effective engagement strategies. Ability to adapt writing style to match different brand voices - across various different publishers. A high level of attention to detail is vital. The pages you create and review/approve should have very few, if any errors. Experience with WordPress or Build.io CMS is highly preferred. Familiarity with project management systems such as Trello and Airtable is a plus. You must be a good communicator, confident to communicate effectively with varying audiences and seniority. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own time effectively to ensure the required production requests are completed in a timely manner. Development skills are not a must but an awareness of technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is advantageous.
