Paid Marketing Executive

to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our online growth through strategic paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing performance-based advertising across various platforms to achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms when required. Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, strategies and campaign setups. Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance. Monitor daily spending and ensure adherence to allocated budgets. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders. Work closely with creative, content, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, new ad platforms, and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies. Key Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) in managing paid marketing campaigns, ideally in the fashion industry. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign management dashboards. Ability to write compelling ad copy and understand audience targeting. A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with programmatic advertising or other advanced paid media strategies. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). What We Offer
