Role overview: As a Paid Media Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding results for clients while gaining hands-on experience in paid media strategies. You will work closely with the team to manage and optimise campaigns, build relationships with clients, and support the development of innovative approaches to achieve performance objectives. You’ll bring your passion for learning, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across channels such as Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing). Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure all campaign activity aligns with their goals and priorities. Work closely with the Account Director to deliver strategies that drive performance and growth for client accounts. Monitor and optimise budgets, ensuring monthly spend is on target and aligned with performance goals. Analyse campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for clients. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot tracking issues, implement testing strategies, and develop new approaches to campaign management. Assist in preparing and presenting detailed campaign reports, offering insights and strategic recommendations. About the candidate: A degree (minimum 2:1 classification) ideally in a science, business, or marketing field, or relevant agency experience. 1–3 years of experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns, particularly Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Paid Search (Google Ads). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and tools like Google Analytics. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to research industry trends and confidently share insights with clients and team members. Experience with account builds, audits, budget management, and forecasting. A passion for innovation, learning new skills, and contributing to the success of clients and the team.
