Paid Media Assistant Working hours:

40hrs What You'll Be Doing: Concise written English to take minutes during senior partner meetings, and present back to Group Leads. Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally in paid teams to optimise campaigns. Good task management to monitor hygiene of accounts and inform relevant teams of irregularities. Basic grasp of feed management, and good verbal communication to explain issues discovered. Help support the management of UK and International Paid accounts and review the delivery of Paid campaigns. Work cross-functionally to implement testing and optimise campaigns to meet targets/KPIs. Support the teams as required with day-to-day activities including SQL reports, landing page checks, keyword audits, and building out campaigns. Manage the bid management platform to meet targets and KPIs whilst ensuring we are up to date with any enhancements and Beta tests. Analyse data, identifying trends and opportunities within the market and the paid search accounts. Develop strong relationships with internal departments to support product launches and promotions. Regularly research and review the latest industry trends, tools, and software that could enhance the paid search channels. Attend quarterly reviews with selected partners to review performance and create appropriate action plans. What We're Looking For: Resilient nature and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Good basic knowledge of the digital landscape and paid channels including Google Shopping, re-targeting and display, and paid social. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs. An understanding of budgets, KPIs, and ROI. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, insightful, and able to draw key points from data analysis. Experience/knowledge of other digital channels and multichannel marketing.
