We are working with a fast-growing e-commerce brand, known for innovation and high-quality products. Who are looking for a skilled, data-driven Paid Social Executive to support their Performance Media Managers in expanding their digital reach.


In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Performance Media Executive to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This position is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of performance marketing who is enthusiastic about expanding their skills across diverse digital platforms.


The role:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing the brand’s Paid Media strategy across multiple channels, focusing on campaign launches, accurate targeting, setup, and budget management.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign outcomes, analyze results, and identify trends to support ongoing optimizations.
  • Channel Expansion: Contribute to the management of all internal channels, including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Senior Performance Media Executive, offering insights to guide strategic adjustments.
  • Market Awareness: Keep current with industry news and trends, and routinely review competitor ads.


The person:

  • 1+ year of hands-on paid media experience, ideally with familiarity in at least one ad-buying platform such as Google Ads, META, Pinterest, TikTok, or DV360.
  • Proficient in Excel and GA4, with a strong passion for data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment and is receptive to guidance.
