No matter your preference, Croud offers development opportunities to match your passion and ambition. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Paid Media Executive will report directly to the Paid Media Account Manager or Senior Account Manager and will support ongoing account execution across the aligned client portfolio. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting Managers and Directors with the delivery of client strategy, including the implementation of Account Development Plans (ADPs) Creating and managing campaigns to the highest standards, adhering to industry and Croud best practice guidelines Managing client budgets within ad platforms; optimising and innovating within relevant ad platforms on a daily basis completing daily checks to ensure optimal campaign performance Collaborating with the internal network to deliver accurate and relevant reporting, supporting the Manager with communication of summaries, attending and contributing to client performance calls as well as quarterly business reviews Delivering high-quality data analysis, organising support from, and working with, the internal network as well as delivering monthly Test and Learn case studies to showcase successes and insights Administering and delivering training within the internal network as required as well as conducting training sessions as part of the induction process or ongoing training initiatives Ensuring adherence to all internal processes and requirements, including knowledge sharing. Always advocating for company policy and processes and contributing to client retention efforts Supporting Managers and Senior Managers with innovation in new technologies, market trend monitoring, tech roadmap support, and internal academy development PERSON SPECIFICATION

Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English While this position is open to all majors, a degree in subjects such as marketing, advertising, media and communications, or similar would be beneficial Practical experience in digital marketing, including managing ad platforms such as Google Ads and/or Meta Ads and/or previous work or internship experience in marketing, public relations, or media is advantageous Demonstrated skills in teamwork and collaboration within a professional setting Proficiency in conducting data analysis with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy, the ability to think critically and approach problem-solving with a results-driven mindset Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides Openness to learning various aspects of the digital marketing industry, including paid search, paid social, and shopping COMPANY BENEFITS

hybrid working model

with a minimum of

3 days a week

based in our

Shrewsbury office
