They are looking for a skilled & data-driven performance marketing specialist to support the Head of Performance Marketing in expanding digital reach.

They will focus on optimising campaigns and supporting growth objectives through data-driven decisions and best practices in PPC management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the management of paid search and paid shopping/pmax campaigns, including planning, execution, optimisation and reporting across key platforms: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Work alongside the PPC Manager to use data analysis and performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns, including bid adjustments, keyword expansion, ad copy testing and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
