The Role

As our Paid Media Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in developing and managing paid media campaigns across key platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll work hands-on with clients ranging from start-ups to established brands, providing strategic insights and optimising campaigns to deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategise, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Utilise media mix modelling to give clients unbiased, actionable insights for campaign success.

Build strong client relationships, understanding their unique goals and adjusting strategies to match.

Collaborate within a supportive team that values growth, learning, and transparency.

Essential Skills & Experience:

2-4 years of paid media experience, ideally within an agency setting.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

Strong client-facing and account management skills.

Experience or a willingness to learn Google Tag Manager.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Experience with Google Data Studio and Funnel.

A knack for adding unique value to a dynamic team.
