Paid Media Specialist – Fashion

JOB SUMMARY VMA GROUP and Jack Pascoe are supporting one of the fastest growing groups of fashion brands across social. This role is a career defining opportunity within the fast fashion group which is in a period of exceptional growth and an experienced paid social specialist. There is a core power team driving content and lives, and this role will have full control of the paid media budgets, which are aggressive. The three brands target different audiences across differing platforms, so our client is expecting the candidate to be living and thriving in the world of targeted ads across social media, someone who can get into the mind of the customer and drive impact daily. The successful candidate will soon manage a small team, interact with other content managers within the business, and be willing to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Minimum Requirements: 5-8 years in Paid Media – META, TikTok & Google Ads Essential Excellent copywriting skills Excellent analytical and reporting skillset A positive attitude Expert in leading multiple campaigns across differing product lines and audiences Responsibilities: Lead on the PPC strategy across three disrupter fashion brands. Build and manage budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta + Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads and other relevant networks. Ensure maximum ROI, conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting. Utilize analytical skills to gain insights into campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results, monitoring CTR, conversion rate, and CPA closely.
