You’ll manage and optimise multi-channel advertising initiatives, ensuring measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. Within this varied role you will: Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) campaigns. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and create detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the wider team to align paid media strategies with overarching marketing objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices. Test and refine ad creatives, formats, and strategies to maximize ROI. The successful Paid Media/PPC Specialist will live within commuting distance of Lincoln and have: Full eligibility to work in the UK. At least 3 years of strong experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, with proven results in delivering high-performing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. A passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
