Who my client is My client is an innovative performance marketing consultancy founded in 2018 with a specific focus on providing a new service model to the industry. They have a wealth of experience and expertise in their ranks, running successful campaigns for some of the biggest UK brands. Their co-founders worked for Periscopix and Brainlabs in their early days, so have seen first-hand what it takes to succeed in the competitive world of marketing agencies. They truly believe in putting people at the forefront of everything they do, be it their talented team of consultants, wonderful clients or the real people they advertise to. They have achieved success so far by running industry-leading campaigns, and providing first class client service. They treat each and every client differently as all businesses are totally unique and their people are treated exactly the same. Success is built on building bespoke and adaptable solutions for clients and employees alike.

What my client offers

This is a permanent role.

Most of their team are based in or around London, so they are currently in the office every Wednesday.

You will be directly managed by the Paid Search Consultant, who will provide client support as well as career development opportunities.

What you will be doing As a Paid Search Consultant, you will be working with a broad portfolio of clients. From the beginning, you will be supporting their Senior Paid Search consultants and Client Success Directors with the management and implementation of client campaigns, before taking ownership of some accounts entirely.

The role is client-facing, so you'll represent the team in status updates, QBRs, briefing sessions & campaign reviews.

You'll work within native Paid Search platforms to achieve your client's aims, monitoring daily delivery of ads, managing budgets and bid strategies appropriately, and ensuring frequent optimisation of all campaign elements (budgets, bid strategies, conversion goals, landing pages, audiences, conversion actions, ad copy, etc.).

Foster positive relations with client contacts.

Outside the role As a young company, my client is constantly developing their proposition to ensure they are nurturing market-leading talent, and driving the best possible service for clients. Therefore, you will be involved in company-wide training sessions to aid your development and improve wider marketing knowledge.

Alongside access to LinkedIn Learning, they encourage employees to pursue individual training opportunities with other members of the team. So if you want to learn more about analytics, reporting, creative and more, you will be supported in your pursuit of this.

They are committed to producing best-in-class results, so you will be encouraged to participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, shape Paid Search best practises, write case studies, and contribute to new-business pitches.

What does progression look like Direct Pathway : Senior Paid Search Consultant > Paid Search Associate Director > Paid Search Director
