to take charge of planning, developing, and executing paid search strategies across platforms such as Google and Bing. Manage all aspects of paid search accounts, including campaign setup, structure, keyword optimization, ad copy testing, and continuous improvement. Monitor and allocate daily budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI. Perform in-depth competitor research and analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive advantage. Optimize campaigns regularly to ensure top-tier results for clients. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and digital team to deliver seamless campaigns and maintain strong client partnerships. Mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering their professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends and help establish innovative processes within the team. Build strong client relationships by presenting comprehensive advertising plans, performance insights, and actionable recommendations. Qualifications and Skills: 4–5+ years of experience in paid search or related digital marketing fields. Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. A proactive attitude toward self-improvement and staying ahead of industry trends. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to build client trust and confidence. Experience in an agency environment is required.
