We are recruiting for a Paid Search Manager at Compare the Market! The Paid Search Manager will develop, implement, and optimise paid search strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximise ROI. This role includes managing large-scale campaigns across platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), ensuring robust conversion tracking, data integrity, and technical implementation. The manager will also collaborate with teams to develop, test, and deploy technical PPC optimisation initiatives. Everyone is welcome. Be you. We have a culture of creativity. Some of the great things you will be involved in:

You will own and deliver the strategy across your products, whilst working closely with the PPC agency to achieve this. Continuously monitor campaign metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed key performance indicators. Proactively address any performance issues by working closely with the agency to adjust strategies. Design and execute tests to drive continuous improvement, leveraging insights in partnership with the PPC agency. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and product management teams to develop, test, and implement technical PPC optimisation initiatives. Audit, implement, and maintain accurate conversion tracking across all PPC campaigns. Analyse performance reports prepared by the agency, distill actionable insights, and present them to internal stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign outcomes. Develop and refine paid search strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring campaigns support broader customer initiatives in collaboration with the PPC agency. Work closely with the PPC agency, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback. Work with the agency to ensure campaigns are executed within budget and margin targets, monitoring spend and forecasting future needs. What we'd love to see from you: Proven experience in paid search campaign management. Strong experience in analytics, tagging, and conversion tracking systems, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights. Experience with budget management and forecasting. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. There's something for everyone.
