Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaign goals are met. Work with analytics team members to maintain detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders, offering recommendations for scaling campaigns. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring profitable allocation of ad spend while meeting or exceeding performance KPIs. Stay up to date with platform policies and ensure compliance across all campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in media buying on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices. Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel. Experience managing performance marketing budgets at scale. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Airtable is a plus.
