Give Me Cosmetics is an online Hair, Skin and Beauty Brand specialising in the sale of all your skin, hair and body care needs. We launched in 2017 with the aim to flip the beauty industry on its head and represent everyday people.

The Role
The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for supporting the Paid Social Manager in the execution of paid social campaigns across social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. They will be using social tools to monitor and optimise campaigns as well as looking at ways to improve performance. The Paid Social Executive will also help generate new ideas for paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities :
· Management and optimisation of campaigns across META, TikTok & Snapchat.
· Researching, producing and writing effective ad text for campaigns.
· Utilising audience targeting, bid and budget management, structure optimisation and ad optimisation in tandem to manage and optimise campaigns.
· Report on competitor marketing and market trends to better optimise channels.
· Identification of other paid social opportunities and report back to line manager.
· Analysing data and offering suggestions to enhance marketing performance; giving the customer weekly status reports
Skills :
· At least 1 years experience in Paid Social
· Experience working with Meta and/or TikTok Ads
· Passionate and interested in the beauty sector
· Experience in analytical tools, such as Google Analytics
