You will learn about the industry and gain exposure to both planning and buying of all main social platforms as we progress you to the next stage of your development. Day-to-day, you'll communicate directly with stakeholders at major international brands, planning meetings and ensuring that all client reports are insightful. We have a strong international offering, so you will be exposed to seeing how a full international strategy for some of the world's biggest brands is put together. We have expert practitioners working in Assembly for each of these social platforms, so your job will be to bring this expertise together and influence clients to buy our unique proposition. Your training will be a combination of hands-on support, mentoring, and access to our custom-built Assembly Academy, which is a wealth of resources developed by the business to get you up to speed in your first 6 months. From there, where you go is up to you. We provide the pathways for you to shape your career in whatever way you see fit, with options to move into Manager and Director level roles within your division. We also provide opportunities to move into our Data teams, Consultancy teams, or even opportunities abroad. With a dedicated Learning and Talent team to support you, the direction your career takes is up to you! Responsibilities

Work with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. & key stakeholders to plan and manage new client accounts. Support with daily reporting & budget management. Build and update bespoke client reports. Analyse campaign performance against client KPIs, reporting on any trends and insights to key stakeholders. Recommend opportunities for campaign optimisation based on meeting clients' KPIs and implement as required. Provide updates to internal teams on the active campaigns and help to ensure media teams are up-to-date with campaign status. Work with media partners to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Assist with any ad-hoc reporting & administrative tasks. Qualifications
