Role overview Over the next 12 months, our goal is to scale Paid Social into one of two primary channels for customer acquisition. As Paid Social Lead, your goal is to make this happen using any levers at your disposal, whether that’s top-level strategy, creative direction, media buying, cross-platform activations, or advanced testing & analysis. Ideal candidate 4+ years experience in a paid social role

2+ years account management experience

Complete mastery of Meta Ads Manager

Competency on TikTok Ads Manager; Snapchat and Pinterest competency is a plus

Skilled creative strategist; able to brief ideas for new image, video, and UGC creative

Comfortable managing other people

Works well in a very fast-paced, startup environment

Very proactive and looking for a role with high autonomy/responsibility

Main responsibilities Develop and implement top-level paid social strategy

Frequently conduct creative and non-creative tests

Media buying (hands-on, in platform)

Manage creative strategy and creative briefing process

Oversee paid social designers and copy-writers

Work cross-departmentally on company-wide activations

Utilise attribution tools to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions

Foster good relationship with our Meta rep and other partners

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in paid social
