Central Employment are working with a leading, independent and rapidly expanding eCommerce Performance Marketing Agency, specialists in supporting on growth of scaling eCommerce Fashion Retail brands. They have a new opportunity for a Paid Social Media Executive, to join their team in the North East. Paid Social Media Executive profile: As a Paid Social Media Executive, you will strategise, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, and Shopify. The role will involve developing and refining product feeds, custom labels, and product sets to ensure highly granular and effective campaign strategies. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes beyond traditional ROAS, focusing on profitability, unit economics, and sustainable scaling. Proficiency in third-party attribution tools such as Triple Whale and reporting platforms like Google Looker Studio and Supermetrics is essential. Main responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Shopify. Tailor strategies to suit the unique needs of fashion and footwear brands, aligning with their tone, goals, and audience. Build and implement feed optimisations, including the creation of custom labels and product sets, to enable precise audience targeting and campaign segmentation. Build and maintain advanced reporting dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio and Supermetrics. Analyse data to provide actionable insights on customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and other profitability metrics. Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audiences, product groupings, and bidding strategies to improve results. Monitor and refine campaigns using detailed performance metrics, focusing on unit economics and margin contribution. Experience required: Proven success managing paid social campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Shopify. Demonstrable experience working with or for fashion and/or footwear brands is essential. Proficient in using third-party attribution tools like Triple Whale. Advanced knowledge of reporting platforms such as Google Looker Studio and Supermetrics. Expertise in feed optimisation for Google Shopping and Meta, including setting up and managing custom labels and product sets. Solid understanding of unit economics, CAC, and LTV metrics.
