We are recruiting for a highly successful Independent main dealer who is looking for a Motor Vehicle Painter to be based at their busy Dealership in the HULL area.
The ideal candidate will be either an experienced Painter with a stable history and must hold a City Guilds qualification or equivalent, alternatively be time served and ideally be ATA accredited.
Working in a team, you will be efficient and work to a very high standard of finish. The role is to carry out all panel and paint work to all makes of vehicles.
You will meet and exceed customer service standards (e.g. Customer Service improvement targets, response times, customer satisfaction measures, flexible approach to changes in customers demands).
Ideally, our client is looking for candidates with a stable career history and a good level of knowledge and experience of differing paint techniques.
To qualify for this position, you must have worked in the motor trade previously.
For this role, you will receive a great basic of circa £18 phr with an additional bonus of circa £6,000 available. The position will be 4 days on, 4 days off for 10 hours per day with 1 hour for lunch. Other rota's are not discounted if they are more suitable.
