To prepare, spray and finish vehicles in an efficient manner ensuring correctness of colour match and final finish to the company and customer's expected standards. To be part of a team achieving total customer satisfaction. To carry out work in a safe manner, complying with retailer and manufacturer industry guidelines. Person Specification:
Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative. Take pride and care in their work. The candidate will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or be ATA accredited. Summary: As a Paint Sprayer, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in painting techniques and surface preparation to deliver high-quality finishes. Your premium skills in mechanical knowledge, fabrication, and power tools will enable you to excel in tasks such as construction painting, assembly, and welding. With relevant skills in basic maths, hand tools, and warehouse experience, you will contribute to the efficiency and precision of our painting projects.
