Join a leading manufacturing company as a Paint Sprayer, where you'll play a vital role in their production process. Paint Sprayer Responsibilities: Prepare and clean surfaces before applying a variety of sprayed finishes, including gloss, matt, primer, and topcoats. Operate hand spray guns and ovens, ensuring coatings meet technical specifications. Mask and unmask components with precision, checking for damage and making touch-ups as needed. Conduct visual and automated inspections of painted finishes, measuring thickness and gloss levels. Operate and maintain spraying equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in Lean initiatives, including 5S activities and Continuous Improvement programmes. Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on skills in paint spraying and the use of hand tools. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to alternating shift patterns.
