As the Paint Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing department runs smoothly and to ensure operatives are trained and understand company standard procedures. Conduct weekly/daily team briefs, contribute to plant clean down and uphold 5’s standards, review and escalate NCP, trusted key holder for Friday Lock Ups and Monday open ups. The Person
