Are you a skilled Decorator or perhaps a newly Qualified Painter looking to make a significant impact within a prestigious setting? My client is seeking a talented individual to join their Maintenance team within the Estates group.
Skills required:
- Formal qualification in Decorative Finishing and Painting Occupations (City & Guilds, Level 2 NVQ Diploma) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Painting & decorating.
As a Decorator, you will provide expertise in painting and decorating for all planned maintenance works across a range of prestigious buildings. Your work will enhance the look and feel across the estates, ensuring a high professional standard of workmanship.
You will have the opportunity to plan and manage access arrangements, source and order materials, and coordinate with the space planning team for room bookings. Your role will also involve undertaking high-level work safely, using tower scaffold and scissor/boom lifts, and responding to emergencies and routine reactive work.
