Position: Accident Repair Centre Paint Sprayer Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring a flawless finish and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team of technicians and estimators to ensure efficient and timely completion of all paintwork. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces - Mix and match paint to achieve the correct color and texture - Apply paint evenly and smoothly using a variety of techniques - Repair any imperfections in the paintwork and ensure a flawless finish - Communicate with technicians and estimators to ensure all necessary repairs are completed before painting - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of hazardous materials - Keep up-to-date with new paint and repair techniques and equipment - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines - Meet productivity and quality targets set by the management Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paint sprayer in an accident repair centre or similar environment - Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques - Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures - Ability to use and maintain paint spraying equipment - Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills - Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Work With Us: Our Accident Repair Centre is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles and develop your skills.
