We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Panel Beater to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Car Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Inspecting vehicles to assess the extent of damage Repairing or replacing damaged panels, frames, and other structural parts Using body filler and other materials to repair minor dents and scratches Removing and replacing damaged mechanical and electrical components as necessary Realigning frames and chassis to manufacturer specifications Preparing repaired vehicles for painting Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with manufacturer specifications Keeping work area clean and tidy Maintaining equipment and tools Requirements: Proven experience as a Car Panel Beater in an Accident Repair Centre or similar environment Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and processes Ability to use a range of hand and power tools Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience with welding equipment and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines A valid driving licence We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension scheme and training opportunities.
