Panel builders represent a significant and strategically important opportunity for Eaton and Low voltage in EMEA, as part of the Data Centre growth. This role will primarily provide technical support and training for the xEnergy platform assembly and address technical queries through demonstrating application support, providing commercial support on orders, logistics, and supply chain. The core focus is to efficiently and effectively enable panel builders to achieve growth objectives for Eaton Low voltage assemblies. The Panel Builder Operations Onboarding Engineer will be responsible for providing and executing detailed components, systems, software tools, IEC Standard, partner portal, and technical documentation trainings. The position is also open for junior candidates with an electrical background and understanding of LV Electrical Systems. What We Offer:

Manage trainings, systems and software tools, and define product assortment. Manage onboarding to ensure successful knowledge transfer. Liaise and collaborate with business units on quality, supply, and training. Manage supply chain activation for partners. Provide customer feedback to product lines. Provide technical and commercial support on new project configurations of LV assemblies. Qualifications:

University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Skills:

Proven years of experience related to Panel builders. Strong knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications. Project management skills. Experience in direct contact and negotiations with customers, global preferred.
