Position: Panel Wirer
Salary:
£17.00ph - £19.00ph Location: Braintree Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm Mon - Thurs & 07:30am - 13:10pm on a Friday. Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Panel Wirers to begin work for a leading engineering company based in Braintree. You will be responsible for: Fitting and wiring of electrical control panels to industry standards. Working from technical electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Ensuring component quantity and quality before each job. Assembly of wiring loom kits using various tools. Conducting electrical testing, fault finding, and resolution. Ability to produce test certificates. Able to work with limited supervision and initiative. Maintaining all manufacturing records and ensuring quality control. Compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to read and understand technical electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Attention to detail and organisational skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Maintaining a safe working environment. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
