Job Title: Panel Wireman - HVAC Control Systems
Location: Rugby
Salary: Competitive, with plenty of overtime available
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* Friday: Early finish at 2:00 PM

The Role: As a Panel Wireman, you will play a key role in the construction of control panels for the facilities management industry. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reading and working from technical drawings and electrical diagrams
* Building panels to meet specific regulation standards
* Fault-finding and resolving problems in panel construction
* Ensuring all components and finished goods meet quality standards
* Assisting with stock control, dispatch, and other warehouse duties as needed
You may also have the opportunity to learn how to use machines and tools for advanced panel assembly.
The Person: We're looking for a skilled Panel Wireman or similar professional who has:
* A strong background in HVAC or related industries
* The ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
* A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and quality assurance
* A commitment to professional growth with ambitions to progress into roles such as Workshop Manager
