\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nAs a Customer & Neighbourhood Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering\noutstanding services to our customers. You’ll:\n\n * Ensure high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction.\n * Use your skills to identify when specialist support is needed to help customers sustain their tenancies.\n * Handle a range of day to day and more complex cases within mixed-tenure communities, supporting compliance and delivering tailored interventions for vulnerable customers.\n * Be an advocate for our customers, delivering services aligned to our Customer Care Standards.\n * Act as the face of our service – a key relationship builder, problem-solver, and customer service champion.\n\nThis is a visible and impactful role, with plenty of opportunities to make a\ndifference.\n\nWhat’s in It for You?\n\nWhile this is a fixed-term role, Paradigm is a large organisation undergoing\nexciting transformation. Many of our talented\nteam members started in temporary roles and have gone on to forge successful\ncareers with us.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals with:\n\n * A strong understanding of social housing issues and legislation is preferable.\n * Experience managing a varied and demanding workload with a proactive approach to problem solving.\n * Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence effectively.\n * Flexibility to work across our East, West, and Central regions (You’ll cover a large patch in the following areas: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, working alongside our Neighbourhood Team across our 16,000 + properties).\n * A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.\n * A full driving licence and regular access to a vehicle. \n \nFurther information\n\nFor the full job description and person specification for the role please see\nthe attachment at the bottom of this page.
