Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

    \t
  • Completing a range of maintenance tasks within your designated trade(s) to a high standard and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
  • \t
  • Representing Paradigm in customers’ homes with professionalism, courtesy, and care.
  • \t
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and reporting any potential risks.
  • \t
  • Maintaining van stock and using materials efficiently to minimise waste.
  • \t
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation in line with company procedures.
  • \t
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices or other team members as required.
  • \t
  • Taking part in our on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when needed.

What You’ll Bring:

    \t
  • Relevant qualifications: City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience.
  • \t
  • Proven experience as a plumber, including knowledge of water distribution, wastewater systems, and associated building codes and regulations.
  • \t
  • A full (preferably clean) UK driving licence.
  • \t
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • \t
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • \t
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation.

We’ll also provide you with everything you need to do your job effectively: a fully equipped van, fuel card, workwear, and an electronic tablet to manage your schedule.
