Brief intro to the role: We are seeking a London-based Paralegal to join our dynamic team on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting legal matters across the business, with a focus on launching innovative products to bring greater transparency to the football transfer process. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the football industry, working alongside market leaders to shape the future of football transfers. What you’ll be doing: Contract Review: Analyze and summarize a variety of contracts essential to football operations, including player contracts, transfer agreements, and supplier agreements. Legal Reporting: Cross-reference our analysis of football contracts with source data to ensure accuracy and create detailed written documentation. Operations Support: Collaborate with product, legal, and technical teams to support company operations, including contributing to the development of AI-driven reporting tools. Project Management: Drive progress on legal team projects, proactively improve processes, and support the team as the company grows. Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support various business initiatives. Who you are: A law degree with strong knowledge of contract law, preferably with expertise in sports law and football regulations. A passionate team player with excellent communication and facilitation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex legal documentation. Interested in football and familiar with its ecosystem. Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Spanish preferred.
