We are seeking skilled family paralegals to become part of a dynamic team. This position involves supporting senior fee earners with a substantial caseload, primarily focused on Care work, within a large team environment. Key Responsibilities:

Initiating case files Providing daily support to the team Keeping clients informed about case developments Liaising with courts, experts, and agencies Scheduling appointments Managing phone communications Assembling document bundles for hearings Interacting with clients both in-person and remotely as needed Offering general legal and administrative assistance Managing diaries Attending court to assist counsel and/or clients Conducting legal aid assessments and applications Taking client appointments and gathering initial instructions Required Experience:

Proactive and eager to engage in tasks Strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a lively team setting Flexibility to meet client and team demands Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload A minimum of 12 months of experience in a family law team is essential Proficiency in Case Management Systems and Laserforms is required Familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency Portal (CCMS) is essential Experience with Excel spreadsheets is preferred.
