To succeed in the paralegal role, we ideally look for candidates who possess the following qualifications: Education:

A 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Law Experience:

Previous experience as a paralegal in a large commercial/corporate firm or in-house Skills:

Expertise in contract management, playbook administration, JIRA, and SharePoint. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Writer, and DocuSign Attributes:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a solutions-driven mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively under pressure. We seek a self-starter with a natural curiosity to understand the business and industry. You should be agile, organized, and highly adaptable, ready to support an award-winning legal team driving change in a fast-paced tech environment. As a paralegal with us, you will join an award-winning legal team, providing essential support across various functions. Your responsibilities will include: Contract Management & Drafting:

Draft and review documents such as change orders, addendums, confidentiality agreements, statements of work, and initial Order Form drafts. You will also manage and update standard contract documents and create process notes. Legal Operations:

Act as the gatekeeper for our legal front door via JIRA, effectively prioritizing incoming requests based on urgency and importance. You will maintain and update the contract playbook, monitor workloads, and continually seek ways to optimize legal processes. Administrative Support:

Prepare and organize signing packs for approval by the Chief Legal Officer and Directors, manage document comparisons, and organize legal documents for storage. You will be the first line of support for Sales and other teams, addressing legal queries and escalating as needed. Collaboration & Knowledge Management:

Administer our SharePoint sites, including the Self-Service Desk and Internal Legal Portal, ensuring team members have easy access to the latest legal resources. Description
