M-Th, 8am – 5pm and off on Fridays!
Generous holiday closures (2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at Thanksgiving, and 1 week for the 4th of July)
Compensation:
$60-65K What you’ll be doing (duties of this position): Assist a busy legal team with a caseload of 3-4 major litigation cases. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Organize and maintain case files (both physical and digital) in a high-volume environment. Support case development and assist with investigation work when necessary. Manage deadlines and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal with litigation. 4-year degree and/or Paralegal Certificate/Designation. Transcription experience (dictaphone) is a plus. Experience with AlaCourt. Proven experience in legal research/drafting legal documents. Assertive, proactive, and warm demeanor. INDCSV
