The Integrated Legal Team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for two Paralegals to join our team in a key role to support the delivery of in-house case management. To provide day to day legal case management of a cohort of the Trust's cases that are subject to Coronial Investigations or other court proceedings. Working to ensure excellent quality case management including considered, compassionate clinical staff support for the duration of the applicable legal process, whilst ensuring the Trust's legal compliance. The Integrated Legal Team was formed in September 2021 to bring all legal support services within one composite, integrated, in-house team. During the last 20 months it has gone from strength to strength, working within an ever changing legal landscape. It is a busy, wide-ranging team with excellent in-house knowledge and committed team members who are passionate about the support service that they provide trust-wide.
