Support Fee Earners in managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Prepare and maintain legal files, correspondence, and documentation. Manage diaries, client appointments, and meetings. Handle client and third-party calls, ensuring excellent service. Order property searches and complete client ID checks. Assist with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry registrations. Prepare client bills and manage account ledgers. Provide general administrative support to the team. What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisation and time management. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and case management systems (Proclaim experience is a plus). A team player with a proactive approach.
