Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Corporate, Commercial, Banking Team on a full-time basis.

This friendly team is looking for a Paralegal to join them and provide support with a variety of tasks and duties.

Some of your duties will include:

Drafting and completing basic legal documents and forms with limited supervision Drafting documents and letters of advice to clients under supervision Setting up and managing envelopes in DocuSign Sorting out formatting and cross-referencing in documents Preparing payment forms and data room management Researching legal issues on behalf of other fee earners Engrossing, collating and redacting documents and preparing document bundles for fee earners as required Taking responsibility for administrative tasks, i.e., coordinating the administration of seminars Taking messages about initial advice queries and passing them on to the relevant fee earner The efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving Liaising with clients via telephone and email Attending client meetings both in person and on the telephone, as requested by the fee earner Attending meetings and taking notes as required Undertaking any other duties as required

Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office Willingness and confidence to use unfamiliar IT software and systems Be results-focused and driven to deliver A good eye for detail Good organisation and time management abilities Excellent team player Motivated with a strong commitment to learning Prior paralegal experience within the area of law would be advantageous
