In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, from offering telephone advice on criminal law to navigating trade union, legal aid, and private client procedures. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve managing cases, gathering information, and liaising with police, coroners, and clients. You’ll be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate funding applications, providing administrative support, and maintaining strict compliance with legal regulations. Working closely with our lawyers and team members, you’ll ensure smooth case preparation and timely reporting. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll be interacting with clients and professionals at all levels.
