We are seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution to assist our Litigation Partner. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Partner with managing a varied caseload of litigation, dispute resolution and contentious employment matters. Conduct legal research, preparing concise and well-organised summaries for case strategy and argument development. Draft and proofread court documents, correspondence, and witness statements. Assist in preparing document bundles, ensuring compliance with Court and Tribunal deadlines and procedures. Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, and court officials in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management systems and records. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and diary management. Provide support with basic financial tasks, including invoice preparation, tracking case-related expenses and maintaining accurate accounting records. Provide support in pre-action and settlement negotiations, including attending meetings and taking notes where required. Requirements: Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ paralegal experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Strong academic background, with a law degree or equivalent legal qualification (e.g. GDL). Solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and court processes in England and Wales. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw and PLC) and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving results.
